25th Feb 2008 - First Single "Breakthrough" Released

Well it's finally here. Our first single!!!. Thanks for everyone who has helped with it and those of you who believe in what we are doing. Breakthrough is a pre-curser to our full length album which we'll be recording later this year. More details on that later.

When We Run band members are....

Shaun Townend - Guitar, Vocals
Sam Adair - Guitar
Adam Heise- Bass
Traff Fowler - Drums

We are a Indie/Rock outfit from Sydney who have been playing together for the last couple of years. Our influences are vast and varied but at the end of the day we want to create something that is honest and real.

Probably the single most important thing other than the music is that we are all best mates. Its difficult to understand how it could be any other way. We started out by jamming together and realised that we had a chemistry which needed to be pursued further.

After working on songs we went into the studio late last year with Trent Dobson to lay down some tracks. Breakthrough, our first single is, one of them.

So our journey is only just beginning.... and we hope you'll come along for the ride!
